B&B Hotel Graz-Hbf

The vibe here was totally chill and the folks at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. It was in a prime spot, like, there was this cool modern art museum by the river that was just a stone's throw away from here 🎨.

rooms are recently renovated and nice, stylish-looking. 10-15 mins walking from the train station and 15-20 min walking from city center.

unclear instructions for the guests about how to get to the property. you SHOULD check your e-mail 2-3 days prior to arriving to know the access code to the entrance door. Otherwise you will not be able to entrance the building and hotel area!

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the modern internal design.

I did not like that there were no people at the reception at any time. I am convinced that if the hotel once to justify the needs of its customers it must be available at any time.

The rooms here are spacious and quiet, and the bathrooms are quite clean.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable. The location is good only 5 mins from the hbf and 10 mins from the old town. If you arrive late the key is left in an envelope with all the information you need.

Reception is open from 9 til 3:30pm so if you arrive late, you're on your own, but the instructions left were very clear and easy to follow.

Price. Location near the Bahnhof was convenient for us because we had no car. Breakfast recommendation was excellent.

Absolutely essential to have a cell phone and internet access, which we had not realized and did not have. Nobody at the reception desk much of the time, and apparently never in the evening or on Sunday. Mirrors in hared shower and toilet rooms mounted too high on the wall. and no soap in the soap dispensers. No luggage rack and no place to hang towels in the room. Poor light for reading in the room at night

Convenient location near attractions, helpful staff resolved parking issue professionally. Clean, well-equipped room with nice decorations. Free coffee and comfortable check-in. Large parking garage, pet-friendly. Nearby tram stop.

The girls at the front desk were helpful . and it was a short work to the city center.

Housekeepers were really insisting to get out the room at 10:30. Not very nice experience to start the day with.

The breakfast was astonishing, sensational on the fruits.

We spent one night at this place and loved the relaxing atmosphere and its convenient location near the Main Train Station, as well as the beautiful double room with a view.

The room were new with good beds and bedding.

First we got a really tiny room and asked for a change. The front desk girl gave us a room without hesitation. There was a bad smell in the bathroom of the new room but we didn't want to change again. There wasn't a hairdryer or any toiletries which I would have expected for 70 euros per night. The hotel is called B&B but there is NO BREAKFAST included in the price.

Generally, really enjoyed this modern accommodation with attentive staff on the reception desk. The booked room was extremely pleasant and romantic with breakfast...

The staff accommodated an early check-in. The spacious, clean room had air-con. Conveniently located near the train station and a secure entrance code. The basic yet satisfying breakfast met all needs.

The hotel is fine, close to the train station. As far as I understood, the official opening would be in september. Rooms are clean. 2012, so in august there was no breakfast. The accomodation is pretty expensive in Graz.
